Definity is hiring a Specialist, Learning Programs to lead the design, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning initiatives. The role translates business priorities into scalable learning solutions, facilitates virtual, in-person, and blended programs, partners with leaders and subject matter experts, and evaluates learner and business outcomes. It requires 3–5 years of learning and development or related experience, post-secondary education, strong adult learning and instructional design expertise, facilitation, stakeholder management, organization, and willingness to travel nationally approximately 10%.
