OneSchool Global is hiring a full-time, permanent Specialist Learning Support Teacher for its Northam Campus, commencing in Term 1, 2027. The role supports students with complex learning, behavioural, social, and emotional needs by developing and implementing individualised adjustments, interventions, and inclusive practices; collaborating with teachers, families, and allied health professionals; leading Individual Education Plans; and mentoring colleagues. Applicants must be registered teachers in Western Australia, have relevant teaching and tertiary qualifications, understand the Australian Curriculum and Syllabus, and demonstrate expertise in neurodiversity, individualised education planning, behaviour and engagement strategies, communication supports, and personal care. Experience with autism and Life Skills programs is desirable.
