Securitas is hiring an Employee / Specialist (m/f/d) for its Emergency and Service Control Center in Celle. The role supports customers and partners with alarm-handling questions, independently monitors hazard, fire, burglary, and robbery alarm systems, coordinates response personnel, and oversees elevator systems, video connections, and special solutions while maintaining data quality. Applicants should ideally be NSL-certified or have emergency-control-center experience; customer-service or security-service experience is also welcome. The position offers €2,300 gross per month, with €2,400 gross after probation, and requires shift work including weekends and public holidays.
