Charisma-Tec GmbH is recruiting a Specialist (m/f/d) for Work Organization & Process Optimization in Bielefeld to analyze and improve workflows, conduct REFA time studies, evaluate performance and pay data, investigate process and invoicing deviations, manage performance-based pay for a logistics area, and support process development. The role requires logistics, technical, or comparable training or a bachelor’s degree, completed REFA training, at least one year of practical experience with REFA time studies or work analysis, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Server.
