Description
The Specialist, Modification Processing supports homeowners by reinstating accounts or restructuring mortgages through loan modifications, updating servicing systems with approved terms, preparing and mailing modifications, reviewing files for compliance, and communicating concerns to supervisors. The role requires significant data entry, knowledge of CFPB and federal and state guidelines, and on-site electronic and paper notarization. A high school diploma or GED is required, while two years of mortgage service experience and prior notary experience are preferred. The position is based at the Premier Park, West Palm Beach office and requires onsite work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
