Description
The role leads complex, high-impact credit-recovery negotiations with debtors and multiple stakeholders, analyzes financial, legal, behavioral, and market data, develops negotiation strategies, manages performance indicators, strengthens stakeholder relationships, mitigates legal and financial risks, and mentors the team. It requires at least six months of experience in complex credit negotiations, knowledge of credit-recovery legislation and regulations, data analysis, strategic reporting, CRM tools, and collections-management systems. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field is preferred, and the role is preferably based in Juiz de Fora or nearby cities.
