Description
Justworks is hiring a Specialist, Payments Operations to execute and improve payment workflows across processing, funds movement, reconciliations, exceptions, and other financial operations. The role investigates and resolves payment issues, applies controls and risk awareness, and uses data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve accuracy and efficiency. Candidates need at least three years of experience in payments operations, banking, fintech, payroll, financial operations, or a similar detail-oriented environment, along with strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. The position is based in the New York City office and offers a hybrid work arrangement with a targeted base wage of $36.30 to $39.93 per hour.
