Description
MP Materials is hiring a Process Control Technician to provide hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, safety systems, and related industrial process-control equipment. The role supports plant operations, engineering troubleshooting, OPEX and continuous-improvement projects, commissioning, documentation, and training, and requires an associate degree or equivalent technical certification plus at least three years of PLC and HMI process-control experience. The position also requires familiarity with industrial automation platforms, communication protocols, diagnostic tools, and industrial environments.
