L3Harris is hiring a Specialist - Procurement in Melbourne, Florida, on an onsite 9/80 schedule. The role manages the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, competitive bidding, pricing and contract negotiation, contract execution, supplier performance, compliance with FAR/DFAR and other regulations, supply-chain metrics, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of related experience, or a graduate degree with at least four years, or ten years of experience without a degree; procurement or subcontracting experience is required. MRP, ERP, e-procurement, analytical, communication, and regulatory knowledge are preferred.
