Description
The Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support Analyst will provide end-to-end production support for BI platforms, primarily Jasper, with secondary exposure to Business Objects, Tableau, and Power BI. The role covers application monitoring, incident triage, root-cause analysis, release and deployment support, infrastructure and interfacing changes, database reporting, platform migrations, and rotational on-call support. It requires strong SRE, AIOps, scripting, CI/CD, GitLab, and automation capabilities, along with willingness to work shifts and weekends or holidays.
