Amplify is hiring a one-year fixed-term Specialist, PD Design, Assessment, Supplementals, and Intervention to join its Professional Development team. The role combines project management, product expertise, cross-team collaboration, and the design and delivery of high-quality professional learning experiences for PreK–12 educators. Responsibilities include developing training materials, facilitating virtual workshops, gathering and analyzing feedback, and improving training effectiveness. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of PreK–12 classroom teaching experience, at least two years of professional development design and facilitation experience, and expertise in literacy assessment, intervention, and the Science of Reading.
