L3Harris is hiring a non-supervisory Program Manager to lead Baseline Variance List (BVL) kit efforts across the full lifecycle for applicable aircraft. The role coordinates requirements, cost estimating, customer presentations, funding, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and testing; manages cost, schedule, and technical performance; serves as the primary customer contact; prepares proposals and contracts; and directs assigned employees. The position is based in Greenville, Texas, follows a 9/80 schedule, and requires a bachelor’s degree with four years of prior experience or a graduate degree with two years of prior experience, or eight years of related experience in lieu of a degree, along with project management, cross-functional coordination, and an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
