Description

L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Program Management Specialist in Carlsbad, California, to support the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) program for the MIDS-JTRS terminal family. Reporting to the Senior MRO Program Manager, the role coordinates cost, schedule, technical performance, repair throughput, depot capacity, spares, obsolescence, customer readiness, contract pricing, and program milestones. The position requires a bachelor's degree with at least six years of experience or a master's degree with at least four years of experience, or ten years of related experience in lieu of a degree, and the ability to attain a Secret-level government clearance. The schedule is 9/80 with off every other Friday, and the role may require up to 10% travel.

Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
Ability to synthesize repair, schedule, and financial data for executive presentations
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and EVM/program management tool suites
CAPM or PMP certification or working toward certification
Exposure to depot-level repair operations, test set development, and repair induction planning
Experience maintaining program data and preparing performance metrics and reports
