L3Harris is hiring a Specialist, Program Manager in Greenville, Texas to oversee contract execution and vendor relationships for product repair, requirements, and sustainment activities. The role coordinates proposals, business plans, statements of work, subcontracts, specifications, budgets, and program execution; serves as the customer representative for assigned vendor efforts; analyzes component and system failures; drives corrective actions and milestones; and participates in program reviews. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with at least four years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least two years of related experience, or eight years of related experience without a degree, along with logistics, material management, contract or subcontract management, or engineering/technical program management experience. The schedule is 9/80, with 25–50% travel primarily within the CONUS, and candidates must be eligible for a DoD Secret or higher clearance.
