L3Harris is hiring a Program Scheduler in Waco, Texas, on an on-site 9/80 regular schedule with off-every-other-Friday 1st-shift work. The role manages complex projects and processes, develops and coordinates Integrated Master Schedules, performs schedule analysis and risk analysis, integrates schedules across functional groups, tracks progress, identifies critical-path and network-logic conflicts, and supports program control and status reviews. The position requires proficiency in the job area, project-management knowledge, and either a bachelor’s degree with at least four years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with at least two years of related experience, or eight years of related experience in lieu of a degree; a US Government security clearance may be required.
