Description

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree with two years of related experience, or eight years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Required Previous Experiences: At least four years coordinating engineering projects with multidisciplinary contributors.
At least four years managing technical, cost, and schedule priorities within program constraints.
At least four years creating and maintaining actionable status and risk reporting.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline, preferably engineering, physics, mathematics, or computer science.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams.
Familiarity with earned value or structured project controls.
Experience supporting defense program reporting and customer reviews.
Strong facilitation skills for cross-functional decision forums.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Creo preferred.
