L3Harris is hiring a Specialist, Project and Component Engineer in Canoga Park, California, to support pressurant and propellant components and advanced propulsion systems across defense programs. The role involves translating engineering concepts through the product life cycle, coordinating with engineering, quality, supply chain, and other project teams, analyzing design and performance, supporting supplier integration, and resolving hardware and process issues. The schedule is 9/80, with 80 hours worked over 14 days and every other Friday off. A bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant engineering experience are required, or a graduate degree with two years of related experience, or eight years of experience in lieu of a degree.
