L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Specialist, Quality Engineer in Camden, Arkansas, for a 10-hour-night, four nights-per-week schedule. The role designs and implements inspection, testing, and evaluation procedures; analyzes nonconformities; leads PFMEA and Material Review Board activities; conducts audits and first-article inspections; supports hardware acceptance and corrective actions; and interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customers, vendors, and subcontractors. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with at least four years of relevant quality engineering experience, or an alternative qualification path, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
