Description
L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Specialist, Quality Engineer in Camden, Arkansas, on a 10-hour-per-day, four-days-per-week schedule. The role designs and implements inspection, testing, and evaluation procedures; analyzes nonconformities; leads PFMEA and material review board activities; conducts audits and first-article inspections; supports hardware acceptance and corrective actions; and interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customers, vendors, and subcontractors. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with at least four years of relevant engineering experience, or a graduate degree with at least two years, or eight years of engineering-related experience in lieu of a degree, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
