L3Harris is hiring a Specialist, Quality Engineer to support the Advanced Manufacturing Facility North in Toney, Alabama, an inert manufacturing site for composite rocket motor hardware. The role coordinates quality activities, develops metrics and reports, manages deviations and nonconformances, interprets engineering requirements, supports the Material Review Board, and applies Lean and basic Six Sigma methods to improve manufacturing and quality processes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience or an alternative qualification path, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
