Description
Agnico Eagle is hiring a Reliability Engineer to support the Maintenance Department at the Meliadine Mine. The role focuses on reliability planning, root-cause analysis, maintenance process implementation and improvement, key performance indicators, spare-parts forecasting, technical support, and integration with other organizational processes. It requires a mechanical engineering degree, 3–5 years of reliability experience, ERP and process-reengineering experience, and mining experience is an asset. The schedule is hybrid or 14/14, with two weeks at home followed by a seven-day site rotation and seven days off.
