Description
Agnico Eagle is hiring a Reliability Engineer for its Maintenance Department at the Meliadine Mine. Reporting to the Maintenance Planning General Supervisor, the role focuses on reliability processes, root-cause analysis, KPI implementation, equipment failure analysis, technical support, process integration, and spare-parts forecasting. The position requires a mechanical engineering degree, 3–5 years of reliability experience, ERP and process-reengineering experience, and mining experience is an asset. The schedule is hybrid or 14/14, with two weeks at home followed by a seven-day site rotation and seven days off.
