Description
The Scheduling Specialist reports to the Scheduling Manager and manages the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of crude, refined products, LPG, and intermediates movements across North America. The role coordinates pipeline, rail, truck, terminal, and storage logistics; manages nominations, inventory, transportation performance, contracts, and physical positions; supports commercial, risk, credit, accounting, tax, and customs teams; and identifies opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and asset utilization. Candidates need a post-secondary degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of progressive energy-industry scheduling, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or commodity-marketing experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ETRM systems, and transportation management tools.
