NICE is hiring a Java Fullstack Software Developer to translate business requirements into technical implementations and deliver frontend and backend software using Java-based technologies. The role requires 8–12 years of software development experience, strong Java, Spring, web API, cloud, and database experience, and includes work in high-performance, highly available, and scalable systems. The position reports to a Tech Manager as an individual contributor and follows a hybrid model with two office days and three remote days per week.
