Description
Salesforce is hiring a Senior SPM Solution Engineer to partner with Account Executives and Sales Leaders on enterprise sales cycles, deliver executive-level product demonstrations, conduct technical discovery, create customer solutions, and evangelize the Sales Performance Management product. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Salesforce power-user or admin experience, enterprise pre-sales or solution engineering experience, strong communication and business-process skills, and proficiency with the Salesforce platform. The typical base salary is $113,330–$151,550 annually, with higher ranges in California, New York, and select Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC metropolitan areas.
