Description
AWS is hiring a Specialist Solutions Architect to work with complex customer challenges, develop scalable and resilient cloud architectures, and support go-to-market initiatives. The role includes representing customer feedback to product teams, collaborating with business development and technical teams, creating demonstrations and proofs of concept, writing technical content, and enabling AWS subject-matter experts. The APJ CXE team focuses on contact centre architectures using Amazon Connect, and the role requires at least three years of application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting experience, a cloud technology certification, and knowledge of AWS services.
