Description
The Procurement and Contracting Manager supports Field Engineering projects by developing contracting strategies, sourcing contractors and suppliers, managing RFx events and negotiations, evaluating bids, overseeing commercial and quality requirements, coordinating delivery and cost tracking, and resolving procurement issues. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of procurement or contracting experience, strong commercial judgment, and experience with RFx management, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier performance.
