The Specialist provides academic reinforcement and personalized remediation to nursing students, supports NCLEX-RN preparation, and coordinates simulation-based learning, clinical labs, high-fidelity patient simulators, equipment, supplies, and student tutoring. The role requires a bachelor's degree in nursing, an unencumbered RN license, BLS CPR, and BLS CPR instructor certification; a master's degree in education or nursing and ACLS or PALS are preferred. The position offers a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week and a stated salary range of $49,199.33 to $86,253.75, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
