L3Harris is hiring a full-time, on-site Subcontract Manager in Palm Bay, Florida. The role leads subcontract acquisition from proposal through award and execution, including requirements definition, Statements of Work, Requests for Proposals, evaluations, source selections, negotiations, cost and price analysis, compliance, performance-risk assessment, change management, invoice approvals, dispute resolution, and close-out. The manager also oversees subcontractor cost, schedule, and technical performance and reports status to management and stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with two years of related experience, or eight years of experience in lieu of a degree, along with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance and travel 10–25% to domestic supplier facilities.
