Fisica Inc. is hiring a Systems Engineer to lead and support the development, integration, and sustainment of ground-based systems for satellite and space communications. The role covers system requirements, interfaces, CONOPS, design trade studies, integration, verification, validation, testing, troubleshooting, link budgets, RF evaluations, ground station automation, and cybersecurity requirements. It is 100% onsite in Simi Valley, California, follows a 9/80 schedule, and requires a bachelor’s degree, systems engineering experience, RF and ground-station knowledge, and U.S. citizenship for security clearance eligibility.
