L3Harris is hiring a Specialist, Systems Engineer (EE) in Cincinnati, Ohio, to provide life-cycle support for subsystems used in DoD weapon systems. The role covers requirements management in JAMA and DOORS, requirements analysis and traceability, design synthesis, hardware and software specifications, integration, testing, verification, risk and supportability assessments, and customer presentations. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least four years of prior experience, or a graduate degree with two years of related experience, or eight years of experience without a degree. Preferred skills include JAMA, DOORS, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, product development, reliability and safety analysis, systems engineering, and formal presentation skills.
