L3Harris is hiring a Specialist, Systems Engineer - Reliability, Maintainability, Availability, Testability, and Safety (RMATS) Engineer to analyze and ensure the reliability, maintainability, safety, and testability of communications equipment. The role performs reliability and safety analyses, FMECAs, hazard and fault analyses, reliability test planning, technical documentation, and compliance with reliability and system-safety procedures. It is based in Palm Bay or Melbourne, Florida, on a 9/80 schedule, and requires a bachelor’s degree with at least four years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with at least two years of related experience, or eight years of experience in lieu of a degree, plus an active SECRET clearance.
