L3Harris is hiring a Systems Engineering Senior Specialist – Mission Systems in Greenville, Texas to support requirements, development, and integration of Operator Workstation capabilities across multiple platforms and programs. The role includes investigating and resolving issues, preparing bids and proposals, documenting status and issues in Jira/Confluence, and collaborating with customers, system engineers, system architects, and software developers. Candidates need systems or software engineering experience, requirement-specification knowledge, stakeholder and build-cycle experience, and a CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain it within 12 months; a security clearance is considered.
