The role focuses on failure analysis, FRACAS reporting, root-cause and corrective-action investigations, production test monitoring, statistical trend analysis, and improving product performance and mission readiness. Candidates must have avionics or high-reliability manufacturing experience, a bachelor’s degree with at least four years of relevant experience or an alternative qualification path, and the ability to obtain a United States government security clearance.
