WSP is hiring a full-time Specialist, Technical Engineering Support in Herndon, Northern Virginia, to provide technical design and CADD support for transportation, infrastructure, and technical services projects. The role involves preparing plans, profiles, models, sections, details, specifications, reports, and other design deliverables; analyzing site and survey data; using 3D CADD software; verifying calculations and compliance with codes and contract requirements; resolving design discrepancies; and collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams. A high school diploma and relevant drafting, design, calculation, communication, analytical, and software skills are required, while an associate or bachelor’s degree and professional licensure or certification are preferred. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage and an expected hourly rate of $37.12 to $53.08.
