Second Nature is hiring a Team Manager to lead and develop a multidisciplinary remote healthcare practitioner team delivering its Specialist Weight Management Service. The role focuses on operational excellence, workflow simplification, data dashboards and reporting, service mobilisation and transition to business-as-usual, performance and quality monitoring, and practitioner coaching. It requires experience managing healthcare teams, people management, operational and analytical skills, dashboard and reporting, and service implementation, with a hybrid London-based or UK-remote arrangement and 5 days per week in the office.
