Description
InfuCare Rx is hiring a Specialty Pharmacist to oversee infusion-suite patients and support home-infusion therapy. The role reviews and manages specialty medications, coordinates referrals and admissions, assesses drug-related problems, monitors therapy outcomes, programs infusion-control devices, dispenses medications and supplies, maintains pharmacy records, and consults with patients, families, physicians, nurses, insurance companies, distributors, and other healthcare professionals. The position requires a pharmacy degree, current state licensure, willingness to obtain out-of-state licenses as needed, and at least two years of recent home-infusion therapy experience focused on specialty infusion medications.
