Description
The Manufacturing Operator operates production machines and equipment in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance, following quality, safety, environmental, and productivity requirements. Responsibilities include performing quality inspections, identifying nonconforming materials, operating manual and automated equipment, meeting production targets and cycle times, maintaining and cleaning work areas, completing operator maintenance, and communicating with team and support staff. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, some work experience or intermediate knowledge, and the ability to meet production and safety standards.
