Description
The Specialized Educator will provide 75% support for the Medical-Social Support Service for Adults with Disabilities (SAMSAH) and 25% support for the SAVS of AREAMS. The role develops and evaluates personalized support plans, defines implementation methods and tools, provides social and educational support, promotes social and professional integration, develops partnerships and network-based work, and contributes to multidisciplinary support. The desired profile includes a Specialized Educator diploma, experience in the medical-social sector supporting people with disabilities, psychological disorders, or mental illness, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and networks. The schedule includes Monday to Friday with one Saturday every three weeks for SAMSAH, and weekends for SAVS.
