Lobe is hiring a Specialized Educator to support people with hearing loss in a multidisciplinary clinic. The role involves compassionate consultations, hearing-aid and related-technology training, listening and communication strategies, device maintenance advice, preventive follow-ups, troubleshooting, cleaning, patient-file administration, and hearing-health awareness activities. The position offers a stable and flexible 40-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule, group insurance, vacation, personal days, sick leave, family leave, compensation based on experience, professional development, and a modern clinic environment. Candidates need a DEC in Specialized Education Techniques or equivalent training, at least five years of experience, fluent French, intermediate English, Microsoft Office proficiency, technology comfort, manual dexterity, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
