The Specialized Operations Associate at Saks Fifth Avenue supports the daily operations of the General Office and manages the Jewelry Department's functional aspects under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. This includes tasks such as opening the store, managing financial transactions, resolving customer issues, receiving and verifying jewelry inventory, processing shipments and returns, maintaining repair logs, assisting with trunk shows, communicating with various departments and vendors, ensuring audit readiness, and supporting sales floor activities.
