Description

The Specialized Operations Associate at Saks Fifth Avenue supports the daily operations of the General Office and manages the Jewelry Department's functional aspects under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. This includes tasks such as opening the store, managing financial records, resolving customer inquiries, overseeing jewelry inventory and shipments, ensuring compliance with audit standards, assisting sales floor staff, and fulfilling orders.

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise.
Must have strong computer skills, i.e. Google, MS Office, and adapt to changing technology
