Description
Saks Fifth Avenue's Specialized Operations Associate Supervisor leads, trains, and supervises daily operations across the General Office, Jewelry Department, and, at select locations, the Returns Desk. The role oversees cash and financial reporting, jewelry receiving, inventory, shipping, repairs, transfers, fulfillment, returns compliance, audits, team coaching, scheduling, customer issue resolution, and cross-functional operational initiatives. It requires strong computer, communication, organizational, multitasking, leadership, and customer service skills, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible retail schedule.
