The client is recruiting a Plastics Industry Operator for injection molding machines in the Bellinzona area. Reporting to the department Team Leader, the role involves setting up and starting machines, adjusting peripherals and safety systems, recording downtime and scrap in the MES, performing quality control, and managing molds through handling, scheduled maintenance, and storage. The position requires a plastics technologist or technician diploma, proven experience, knowledge of injection molding and engineering plastics, the ability to apply process parameters and technical data sheets, independent mold-changing and peripheral-management skills, and familiarity with MES systems.
