Adapei 45 is recruiting a Specialized Technical Educator / Specialized Educator (M/F) for its Pithiviers Medical-Educational Institute. The role is permanent, 35 hours per week annualized, and starts on 24/08/2026. Reporting to the Service Manager, the educator develops and implements personalized plans, leads users’ daily lives, proposes technical and vocational activities, delivers educational and introductory training, supports skill acquisition and validation of prior learning, assesses potential, contributes to service projects and safety, and participates in continuous improvement. The position requires a Level III CAFETS/DEETS qualification, strong human values, and a rigorous, methodical approach.
