Lowe’s is hiring a Specialty Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of associates in a specialty area such as cabinets or appliances, while also supporting store operations, safety, staffing, sales and margin goals, customer service, and merchandising. The role may require full store leadership, is generally scheduled for 48 hours, and requires availability across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Candidates need retail leadership and sales-management experience, Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to obtain required sales licensure; a related bachelor’s degree and home-improvement retail experience are preferred.
