Specialty Care Navigator, Trauma at Spring Health

Spring Health is hiring a full-time, fully remote Trauma Clinical Care Navigator to support members seeking help with posttraumatic stress disorder and complex trauma. Reporting to the Lead Specialty Care Navigator of the Trauma team, the role provides telephonic screening, brief intervention, referral, stabilization, care coordination, safety planning, documentation, and follow-up. The position requires an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license, at least two years of clinical experience with PTSD and complex trauma, and experience with motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and triage. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific, Mountain, or Central time, with a target base salary of $33.33 to $42.31 per hour.
