Description
The Culinary Associate prepares and cooks food at The Phoenician a Luxury Collection Resort Scottsdale, including portioning, chopping, storing, weighing, measuring, mixing, cooking, testing, plating, serving, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen equipment and food temperatures. The role requires following safety and quality standards, communicating with guests and coworkers, and performing physical duties such as lifting up to 10 pounds. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
