Glen Raven Norlina Plant is recruiting a Specialty Fiber Operator to patrol, operate, and maintain carding, drawing, and roving equipment. The role supports production, quality, and safety by monitoring machinery, making repairs, changing yarn and blends, assisting with spinning-frame maintenance, and performing physical textile operations. Previous textile-manufacturing experience and a high school diploma are preferred, while the position requires physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, climb, and work at heights.
