The role involves property inspections, closing inbound leads, prospecting for new residential and commercial clients, maintaining sales records, coordinating with service technicians, and representing the company professionally. Candidates should have sales experience, strong closing and communication skills, the ability to inspect crawl spaces and attics, a valid driver’s license, and meet applicable state licensing requirements.
